Over the years, Joseph expanded the farm to raise various livestock, eventually establishing one of the first local slaughterhouses in the area. Today, Ta’ Gauci focuses on premium chicken while sourcing meats like beef, duck, rabbit, lamb, and pork—all with the goal of supporting local and meeting the needs of our community.
